Do I need an appointment to visit?

Yes, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure one of our expert stylists is available to assist
you personally. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
How long is a bridal appointment?

Standard bridal appointments last approximately 90 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to try on
multiple styles and discuss customization options with your stylist.
How many guests can I bring?

We comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in our private fitting suites. If you have a larger party,
please let us know in advance so we can arrange a suitable space.
Alterations & Orders
How far in advance should I order my dress?

We recommend ordering your wedding dress 6-8 months before your wedding date. This allows sufficient
time for production and fittings. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Do you offer in-house alterations?

Yes! We have a team of master tailors who specialize in bridal alterations. Alteration costs are
separate from the price of the gown and vary based on the work required.
Payments & Policies
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Flexible EMI options are
also available through our banking partners.
What is your return policy?

Because all our gowns are made-to-order or custom-tailored, all sales are final. We do not offer
returns or exchanges.
